We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within one to four business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Milton,ON and will arrive within 5-11 business days. Shipping is available within Canada only; no international orders are accepted. To inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: We accept returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date, unworn/unused and with all original tags/packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number and specify if returning for exchange or refund. Include your original on-line order number. Only items purchased from this site may be returned. Once a return is received, you will receive an email notifying that we have received the returned item. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Products purchased from a third party cannot be returned to us.
Exchanges: We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products against manufacturer's defects. This does not include natural wear and tear. For products deemed defective please contact customer service at email@example.com
Implus Canada does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
